Don’t miss the opportunity to participate in ADOT’s first ever Transit Technicians Maintenance Roadeo on April 21-22, 2012, co-hosted by the Northern Arizona Intergovernmental Public Transportation Authority (NAITPA) and AzTA, in beautiful Flagstaff, Arizona. Home of Mountain Line and Mountain Link in Flagstaff, the Roadeo will be an opportunity to learn from OEM and component manufacturer experts and test your skills in a competition format in eight different maintenance categories.
The competition will begin at noon on Saturday, April 21, with a keynote luncheon followed by training sessions and competitions and conclude on Sunday afternoon, April 22, with an awards celebration banquet. Meet with technical experts in bus and van maintenance, electronics and equipment diagnosis. Test your skills in diagnosis in competitions including both written exams and hands-on diagnosis. Awards for the top three competitors will top off the weekend!
As an added bonus, join us at noon for a luncheon keynote on Saturday featuring Lyle Cummins from Cummins, Inc. and learn first-hand about the theories and strategies surrounding one of the world’s foremost engine companies.
