The two-day conference will be packed with information while best utilizing your time. Beginning at 1:00pm on Thursday, November 14, sessions will include information, tours, presentations, and specially designed Q/A sessions. The Conference will conclude early Friday afternoon, November 15, allowing travel time both days to help manage both financial and time commitments.
Meet with state, regional, and national experts in economic development as it applies to intercity rail, commuter rail, light rail, and modern streetcar programs to understand the necessary components to create successful programs. Focus will be on surrounding infrastructure, development options, and creative solutions to financing and funding. Featured guests will include experts at the national, state, and local levels; officials from Union Pacific and Amtrak; and specialists in urban and suburban growth to help frame a blueprint for success!
As a bonus, ADOT will host two Pre-Conference Training Sessions on November 13th that are specific to training of transit supervisors in Hazards Awareness and Preparedness & Terrorist Activity Recognition and Reaction (Separate Registration Required).
