The Fleet Solution: Light-duty Vehicle Options
3 Part Series begins Thursday, September 27, 2007
10:30 a.m. Pacific Time (1:30 p.m. Eastern Time)

The menu of available light-duty vehicle market options is expanding by the day. The Alternative Fuel Vehicle Institute (AFVi) has designed a series of three, 90-minute webinars featuring light-duty vehicle manufacturers providing detailed information on the vehicles they have available for purchase today. The webinars are from 10:30 a.m.-noon Pacific Time. Dates and vehicle types include:

September 27
Part 1: OEM Light-duty Vehicles
Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) are producing growing numbers of vehicles that use alternative fuels and advanced technologies resulting in fuel cost savings, environmental benefits, and credits and incentives for fuels and vehicles. Join representatives from American Honda, Chrysler, Ford, General Motors and Toyota as they highlight the emissions, fuel economy and financial benefits that are part of their new model year vehicles.

October 9
Part 2: OEM Electric Vehicles
Electric vehicles, which produce no tailpipe emissions, are soaring in popularity. Many of the new models are street compatible and can reach speeds of 35 to 40 miles per hour. The cost benefits compared to gasoline can be significant. Fleet use of electric vehicles is on the rise and industry leaders from Dynasty Motorcar, GEMCAR, Miles Automotive, Phoenix Motorcars, ZAP and Zenn will be on hand to roll out their vehicles available for purchase today.

October 11
Part 3: Small Volume Manufacturers
Small Volume Manufacturers (SVMs) have greatly expanded the alternative fuel vehicle options available to fleets. Their EPA-certified systems are available for a wide range of applications including light-, medium-, and heavy-duty engines for specialty vehicles. Representatives from BAF, Baytech, Campbell-Parnell, Inc. and Impco offer information on everything you need to know to cost-effectively expand your AFV fleet options.

These webinars are free of charge and all you need to do is register in order to participate. Click here to register today.
