The AzTA ADOT Statewide Transit Conference is going VIRTUAL!

We would like to thank all of our registered conference attendees, exhibitors & sponsors for your patience over the last several challenging months! We hope that everyone is staying safe & healthy.

We are excited to bring our annual conference to you October 20 & 21, 2020 using a new interactive platform! As most of you know by now, taking a conference virtually, whilst learning & perfecting content, sessions, meetings, etc. is a large task. We want to provide you with a unique opportunity to engage and connect/ re-connect with your transit community. In order to meet our goal, we have made the decision to push the conference beyond the originally announced August dates.

Through an interactive virtual event platform, attendees will be able to experience sessions, live presentations and connect with other attendees - just as you look forward to every year with us!

We invite you to join us for two days fully dedicated to sharing resources & information pertaining to the current COVID-19 climate and to planning for the future of transit including ridership, safety, sustainability and future projects.

Dates: Tuesday - October 20th (Times TBA) & Wednesday - October 21st (Times TBA)

The Exhibitor Expo will be deferred to the April 2021 AzTA/ADOT Statewide Transit Conference.

Please note: All pre-registered attendees will receive a participation link via email for access to both dates.

*If you were registered to attend the April 2020 dates with us in Flagstaff, you are a “pre-registered” attendee. Your registration now includes an additional “guest” registration - so 2 attendees for the original registration price of $475!! We will be contacting you to register your guest at a later date.
