Your Vendor Package Includes:
- One full conference registration including breakfasts, lunches and ALL receptions for April 3-5th.
- Six-foot skirted table in carpeted area and two chairs, including power if needed.
- Vendor tables are located in the Ballroom & in the Foyer and will be labeled/assigned by AzTA.
- Tables will be labeled with your company name for check in & set-up on Monday
Vendors who are also Conference Sponsors will have priority placement in the Ballroom

|NEW THIS YEAR! Vendor Registration Fee includes a $50 Gift Card Raffle. Vendor Gift Card Drawings will be held Monday (4-6 pm) & Tuesday (8:30 am, 12:30 pm & 4:30 - 5:30 pm)|
If you have any materials or booth items to ship to the resort, please use the address/ instructions below. Please schedule packages/materials to be delivered after March 27th to avoid confusion with other events happening at the venue.
