Regular Conference Registration - $695 (begins December 2nd)

Late Registration - $795 (begins March 15th)

Conference Registration for RTAP Scholarship Recipients

ATTENTION: 

Step 1: Complete attendee registration on AzTA website now. 

Step 2: All RTAP attendees will be required to complete an RTAP Application - Scholarship Request (AzTA ADOT Conference) in the ADOT E-Grants system. Deadline to complete RTAP Application is TBA.

AzTA/ADOT Conference Registration Policy
Please note that for the main conference attendance, ADOT Transit program grantees (5310 and 5311) attendees are guaranteed up to two scholarships per agency. Any additional attendee requests will be wait-listed and notified at least two weeks prior to the program. Full attendance scholarships must be submitted at least 30 days in advance of the conference or they will not be granted. Any RTAP scholarship requests submitted after the deadline will only be eligible for registration. Wait-list scholarship recipients must confirm their attendance at time of notification.
