Conference Registration for RTAP Scholarship Recipients

Step 2 PLEASE NOTE The RTAP online application process through ADOT is currently on hold due to system upgrades. We will notify RTAP registrants as soon as the new ADOT system is active. 

Deadline to complete RTAP Application will be March 14, 2025. 

AzTA/ADOT Conference Registration Policy
Please note that for the main conference attendance, ADOT Transit program grantees (5310 and 5311) attendees are guaranteed up to two scholarships per agency. Any additional attendee requests will be wait-listed and notified at least two weeks prior to the program.  The wait-listed attendees will also be notified 30 days prior to the program.

Full attendance scholarships must be submitted at least 30 days in advance of the conference, or they will not be granted. Any RTAP scholarship requests submitted after the deadline will only be eligible for registration. Wait-list scholarship recipients must confirm their attendance at time of notification.
