Operation of Trailhead Shuttle & Microtransit Service

General Description/Information

Sealed bids for the Operation of Trailhead Shuttles and MicroTransit Service will be received by the City of Sedona’s Transit Administrator, located at 108 Roadrunner Drive, Sedona, Arizona, until 5:00 P.M. Mountain Standard Time, August 16, 2021. Proposals shall remain sealed until the submittal deadline has passed and shall not be opened publicly, however, a list of the names of firms submitting proposals will be available within a reasonable time after the Submittal Deadline. Proposal’s information will be made public and may be inspected at the time of award.

DESCRIPTION: The City of Sedona, Arizona is seeking proposals from qualified firms to operate the City’s Microtransit, and Trailhead Shuttle service. The successful proposer shall be awarded an exclusive five (5) year contract to provide the aforementioned services for the period beginning March 1, 2022 through February 28, 2027, with an option to extend by mutual agreement for up to two (2) two-year periods.

MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETINGS: A pre-bid conference is scheduled to be held virtually via ZOOM on Thursday July 8, 2021 at 10:00 AM MST.
