Accessible Avenue

Webinar Overview

During this 90-minute webinar, presenters will share a four-part framework that combines physical, programmatic and informational accessibility with a focus on the customer experience that will empower you to elevate your products and services from the floor of ADA compliance to the ceiling of universal access.

Thirty years ago, the Americans with Disabilities Act established minimum standards for accessible public transportation, and since that time, the transit industry has reinvented virtually every aspect of our services to be accessible. And yet, many transit advocates and customers with disabilities are requesting that we go farther and do more to make public transit work even better. During this 90-minute webinar, presenters will share a four-part framework that combines physical, programmatic and informational accessibility with a focus on the customer experience that will empower you to elevate your products and services from the floor of ADA compliance to the ceiling of universal access.
