Fixing America’s Surface Transportation (FAST) Act
Fixing America’s Surface Transportation (FAST) Act is the Federal transportation authorization, which was signed into law on December 4, 2015. It is a five-year transportation authorization that is the policy and funding vehicle for the Federal Transit Administration and the Federal Highway Administration. It is continually updated with a variety of interpretations, rule-making, allocations, and appropriations.
