IMPORTANT VENDOR INFORMATION
- Your registration includes (1) six-foot skirted table in carpeted area and two chairs
- (1) company representative registration, that includes all breakfast, lunch and reception food
- Power may be requested – please email [email protected]
- A $50 raffle gift card in your company name is included
- Vendor setup will take place Monday, April 14th (8 - 11:30 AM) in the Ballroom
- Table assignments will be mapped out and labeled with your company name at arrival
**Vendor tables will be located in the Peaks Ballroom & main hallway - priority locations will be given to our Sponsor Vendors

MONDAY, APRIL 14th
(8 -11:30 am) Vendor/Vehicle Set Up
(3 - 6 pm) Welcome to Flagstaff! Happy Hour Reception - Vendor Expo & Vehicle Showcase is OPEN
TUESDAY, APRIL 15th
(7:30 am - 6 pm) Vendor Expo & Vehicle Showcase is OPEN
(4 – 6 pm) Vendor Expo & Vehicle Showcase Reception *Vendor Raffle Drawings
Please note: Vendors are invited to stay through the close of the conference at Wednesday’s luncheon. If you need to depart earlier, you may tear down Tuesday after 6pm
Shipping Instructions:

- Please send within 3-5 days of conference.
- Please have all shipments labeled with “AzTA/ADOT - (Your) Company/Name"
- Guests may bring shipments up to the conference center’s front desk and leave them there for pick-up.
- UPS and FedEx shipments must be scheduled for pick-up and front desk attendant may provide assistance with this.

If you are displaying a vehicle(s) at the showcase, instructions will be emailed to you directly – stay tuned!
